We offer the following shipping methods to ensure you get your products when you need them:
Standard Shipping
Our most economical shipping option, with delivery times typically as follows:
- Alberta: 1-3 business days
- Western Canada: 2-5 business days
- Eastern Canada: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping
Faster delivery for when you need your products sooner:
- Alberta: Next business day
- Western Canada: 1-2 business days
- Eastern Canada: 2-3 business days
Priority Shipping
Our fastest shipping option for urgent orders:
- Alberta: Same day (orders placed before 11am)
- Western Canada: Next business day
- Eastern Canada: 1-2 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all Canadian provinces including British Columbia (BC), Alberta (AB), Saskatchewan (SK), Manitoba (MB), Ontario (ON), Quebec (QC), Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. We currently do not ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products, particularly certain chemicals, aerosols, and flammable materials, may have shipping restrictions due to transportation regulations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of the products, and the delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 within Canada. Preferred Customers may qualify for additional shipping benefits.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
