Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Canada. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. We currently serve all Canadian provinces except Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If you created an account during checkout, you can track all of your orders in one place.

Yes, we ship to all Canadian provinces including British Columbia (BC), Alberta (AB), Saskatchewan (SK), Manitoba (MB), Ontario (ON), Quebec (QC), Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. We currently do not ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products in their original, unopened packaging. Custom mixed paint products, opened chemicals, clearance items marked as final sale, and gift cards are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

To return a product, please contact our customer service team at contact@centralalbertapaintsupply.ca or call 403-346-6707 (Red Deer) or 780-455-2622 (Edmonton) with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.
